In order to further expand and strengthen the existing company, in 2021, Guilin Golden Eagle Latex Technology Co., Ltd. build its own factory in Guilin Economic Development Zone, to start gloves dipping line manufacturing and glove producing projects. At the same time, Guilin Golden Eagle Latex Technology Co., Ltd. injected capital and controlled Hubei Gemax Medical Equipment Co., Ltd. to optimize the industrial structure, improve the layout of the industrial chain, and reinforce foundation for the company's large-scale and diversified strategic development.

In 2022, the company moved into the new factory, and the holding company Hubei Gemax Medical Equipment Co., Ltd. has been formally put into operation.
